Shipping

We usually ship the next business day, but it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order.

Some items may require an additional handling time due to the nature of the products.

We ship orders using United States Postal Service. To check if we ship to a location near you check out USPS.com.

Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping (3-4 business days):
    • We offer free shipping for any orders totalling $50 or more.
    • Due to USPS handling the packages the order might take an extra day to be delivered.
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days):
    • We offer standard shipping for any orders totalling $50 or less.
    • Due to USPS handling the packages the order might take an extra day to be delivered.
    • Priority Shipping (2-3 business days):
      • We offer priority shipping for only $10.
      • Due to USPS handling the packages the order might take an extra day to be delivered.
    • Express Shipping (1-2 business days):
      • We offer express shipping for only $25.
      • Due to USPS handling the packages the order might take an extra day to be delivered.

     Insurance: 

    Every order we ship out is covered with insurance against theft and damage by a third party. If for any reasons we did not receive your order or it was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days, so that we could open a claim on your behalf. The claim may take upto a month to resolve. Unfortunately we cannot expedite this claim in any way, you would have to wait upto a month to get your money back for a lost or damaged package. 

    Returns

    In the event you must return your items, please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the return process is as easy and smooth for you as possible. All items must be in original, unused, and saleable condition.
    All returns must be made within 30 days of when your order is received. In the event you must return your items, The following terms and conditions apply:

    When shipping your items back to us for a return, please fill out the Return Form enclosed with your invoice and allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received and processed by us for your refund to be credited to your account. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as: UPS, Fed Ex or USPS) to ensure your return arrives safely to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

    All Footwear MUST be returned in its original box or packaging. Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee charged on all footwear NOT in its original packaging and a 15% charge for damaged packaging.

        Currently, we are not offering online exchanges. In the event an exchange is necessary, we ask that you Re-Order your item online to ensure you receive the correct product in the size/color you need.
